| Seminars and meetings may be arranged in an on-site function room that will accommodate 100 persons theater style, and 50 persons classroom style using banquet tables. Please note, the function room must be reserved in advance and is subject to a rental fee of $100.00 per day. In conjunction with the function room, an overhead projector, slide projector, TV, VCR, screen, flip chart and erasable board are also available on a complimentary basis. Weddings may be arranged for a private on-site location with packages that include decorated wedding arches, flowers, specialty cakes and runway carpet. |

spectacular floor to ceiling windows revealing a picturesque view of the marina.
Right next door to the Spinnaker Dining Room is the outdoor Spinnaker Patio, which features an “island
themed” décor complete with a ceiling of cascading bougainvilleas. This setting also showcases marina views.
