DISNEYLAND One of the world's favorite parks is located just a half hour from Pomona. HORSE RENTALS Riding and roping lessons, moonlight and sunset rides and horse moving services are available from Rochelle's Lakeview Stables. KNOTT'S BERRY FARM What used to be a strawberry farm is now a popular amusement park in Southern California. Rides, shows, shops, and much more can be experienced in a ``Western" setting, (714) 220-5200.

PLANES OF FAME AIR MUSEUM The first aviation museum in the west now features a new jet aircraft museum. World War II Cal Aero Field -- Chino Airport. Open seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., (909) 597-3722.

RANCHO SANTA ANA BOTANICAL GARDENS Founded in 1927, this garden is primarily a botanical research and educational institute. RAGING WATERS Located on 44 acres in San Dimas, Raging Waters features five million gallons of water in attractions, including rides, slides, sandy beaches, chutes and lagoons. Open daily in summer months and weekends, May and September to mid-October, 909-802-2205 .
